Do not expect that. Must drink on an empty stomach, to get you to the scheduled eating time, and of course, a diet indictive to weight loss. Love this but suggest if you have health issues do not take. My daughter tried it and was a mess her heart was racing. It has a lot of caffeine! I only use one in the morning!
