My daughter is a very strong-willed, free spirit. We have always lived with her attitudes and sudden mood changes. Someone suggested these, and we decided to give it a try. We stuck with it for about six weeks, and then we both started noticing things changing. She is less irritable, less combative, very optimistic, and this has improved her school and testing scores. Teachers have noticed it, and her water polo coach noticed it, all without us initiating the conversation. She is like a different child in all the best ways. Stick with it!
