**Q: What are the measurements of the basket?**
A: This basket is very well made!! It is not a soft side wicker.  It been shellacked, and is a hard basket.  It is 14” wide,  9. 1/2”high, 10” depth.  It does narrow slightly at the top. 
The cup holder is a great feature, and comes with the canvas liner. Very cute, kind of a vintage look.

**Q: how long are straps? need a one 8 inches to adapt to arm of electric wheelchair**
A: Thanks for the question! The included straps are just under 11" long

**Q: Is it waterproof?**
A: I don't believe so. Water can enter the basket through the top as well as through the woven material on the sides. I think it would hold up if it got wet in a light rain, if that's what you're asking, but I wouldn't leave it outside often.

**Q: could a small 3lb dog fit?**
A: It has a fixed cup holder so I would be worried that the dog would put their head through the hole and get stuck but other than that, it would fit a Small dog of that size.
