I do mix this with a food for sensitive stomach's, only half as, with this food, you don't need to use a lot of wet dog food, more for taste with the Gastro Intestinal biscuits as there is everything in these your dog would require. I also pour hot water on these to soften them as my little dog is not use to dry food, it works well. I do keep the fat content of everything I buy for my little dog to 0.7% or less.
