The silicone bristle attachment is really good for clay masks. I struggled figuring out which brand to buy after reading tons of reviews (vanity planet, fancii, etc) , and am so happy I went with this one! I’ve had it for...maybe 6 months? Just replaced the batteries for the first time. ZERO water or corrosion or anything in the battery spot which is great. The first setting is plenty fast for me, and as the batteries slow down, I just bumped up to the next speed. I don’t really use the silicone attachment but I like that I have it. I’ve used the pummace attachment and it’s not half bad. I don’t really use any of the others. I have fair, thin, and sensitive skin and have no issues with the normal brush head. My skin has become smoother with smaller looking pores, and my esthetician has commented over and over that my pores have been cleaner than ever! The different brushes for your face are easy to use and change. You don't need to use a lot of pressure to reap the benefits from using this. If you do press too hard, the motor will stop.There are two speed settings, but I have just used the higher one, because the low one is too slow.My skin felt amazing after using it. The pumice stone worked well on my feet. I might stop getting pedicures! (Probably not though, because they are so relaxing, and I'd prefer to be lazy.)The reason for fours stars is that the instructions were rather small, which made the diagrams extremely small print and hard to read. I have great vision, but felt like I needed a magnifying glass to see the finer details. Also, the carrying case only fits the facial heads and brush tool in it. A larger case would be ideal to store everything in together.
