They seem durable enough as well.My wife has a hard time assembling them back together.There are a couple of things that I had issues with these:1. You'll never be able to assemble or disassemble these if your hands are wet. Your fingers will not be able to grip them well enough as you'll slide over the smooth metal.2. The plastic container they come in will not hold up very well. After a while the plastic will give out or split. It has a couple of slits in the back so you can hang this on your belt. It would probably do fine without those slits, as they are apt to catch on stuff. And who would put these on a belt anyway?These utensils do well enough for what they are intended for. No problems with bending.
