When it comes to vitamins, I don't like to write reviews right away until a few months after I use them to see if I see any results. I bought these vitamins back in February. The bottle says you should take up to 3 capsules per day, and the bottle contains 90. Since the capsules are big in size, I thought it would be too much if I took 3 capsules, so I stuck to only taking one per day. I did start noticing some changes. I didn't feel as weak and my mind was clear. My nails weren't as weak. But I recently started feeling ill and noticed that one capsule was not enough, so I increased it to 2 capsules. I did this for about 2 weeks and immediately started noticing more changes, especially in my skin. I wasn't seeing much changes in the texture of my skin with just one capsule, but I did with 2. I will now increase my intake to 3 like the bottle suggested and see if I continue seeing any further changes.Overall, these are amazing natural vitamins. There are so many good ingredients included that actually help your overall health. I have tried many that claim to do the same and so far these are the only ones that work. try them out, you have nothing to lose.

I’ve been through a lot of different vitamins and this formula works perfectly for me. I take one in the morning, one around noon and another with my dinner and I feel great!

Its a very good vitamin pill and I’d give it 5 stars if they could manage to get the ingredients into a pill that you take 2x a day instead of 3x since it’s supposed to be taken with meals and I’m down to 2 meals a day. I like that it’s made in the USA and it has all the marvelous ingredients it has besides just vitamins. Would prefer an iron free version as I eat quite a bit of food that has iron in it.

After searching for hours I chose Bio Naturals Whole Foods Multivitamin For Men & Women with 100+ Nutrients. You need to take 3 vitamins daily, and they are a little hard to swallow, but these vitamins are packed with tons of nutrients. I was unable to find another vitamin that is so complete, especially at this price. I went vegan a little over a year ago, and these definitely cover the essential vitamins. They also contain things like iron, which is difficult to find. While you can certainly supplement iron in your food, and I am not positive I need it, I really appreciate the completeness of these vitamins. Unfortunately these vitamins are now unavailable, and I will be forced to pick another type after taking about 5 bottles of them. Please bring them back :-)

For multivitamins there are basically the standard 'Centrum-clones' that try to reach 100% or so of the FDA's recommended amounts for vitamins and minerals, then there are more customer-centric brands that know the FDA's recommendations aren't perfect so they provide higher values of different vitamins, and then there are the multivitamins that go beyond that and include things besides vitamins and minerals -- this is the last of those types, it includes various herbal, fruit, vegetable, mushroom, etc., extracts which have been found to be beneficial to people. The included variety is really impressive to me, this is the first multivitamin I've seen that includes reishi for instance. I've taken it for several days and noticed improved energy levels, so I'd recommend giving it a try if you are tired of your standard boring multivitamin and want to try something with a greater variety of whole foods included.

I bought this because I liked the ingredients, but for some reason it so very hard for me to swallow it. I've learned from taking other large pills that I can take a big pill along with one or two small gel caps and it makes them slide down better. This trick just doesn't work with these pills. This first bottle may have to be my last simply because I dread taking them.

I really enjoyed this purchase. Will purchase again!
