Last year it worked fine, and I actually used it quite a bit. But this year, I’ve only used it about 5–6 times, and the power switch started popping out a few months ago. It looked like a spring problem, and today the switch completely came off while I was pressing a shirt. I haven’t used the machine heavily at all, so it’s disappointing that it’s already falling apart. When it worked, the heat and pressure were good, but for something that cost $300, I really expected it to last longer.
