Review: Terrible, Horrible, No Good, Very Bad Humidor - This thing is terrible. It absolutely is the worst. It is impossible to get the humidity under control. I have struggled with it from day one. With nothing inside I let this humidor run for a few days and the RH got up to 82%! Usually you have problems raising the RH, this one makes its own, and boy does it make a lot of it. There is no way I can store my cigars in this. Surprisingly, the temperature was spot on and the touch controls worked flawlessly. I tried to return it as it is eligible for returns but you would have to pay to return it. I complained and after many emails with the company telling them it was defective they did agree to give me a 100% full refund and I didn't have to send it back, but what a pain that was. I shouldn't have to argue with a company about a defective unit. They actually gave me the option of a refund or a new unit. After my bad experience I just wanted my money back.
