The website stated the sapphire 5 covered all the countries I would be traveling to and this product does not deliver any service.The countries I’ve been traveling through have no coverage. The sapphire cannot connect to any network 90% of the time. This is by far one of the most expensive WiFi pucks out there and it does not perform for the price point. I recommend getting a SIM card in whatever country you are traveling to and purchasing local internet.
