Love forever my Zadro ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Company stands behind their product which we thought was excellent before an issue arose. *by D***G on February 26, 2025* We purchased this towel warmer and used it daily during cold weather periods, but not at all during warm seasons. The tower warmer stopped working about 16 months after we purchased it, out of the warranty period. I did a bit of research an found that others had similar issues. I wrote to the manufacturer and asked that they honor their warranty given our experience was apparently a common one likely due to a manufacturing or design issue even though we were 4 months past the warranty expiration. They asked us for a few questions and pictures, approved the warranty claim promptly once that information was provided, and sent us a new unit at their cost.
