The set does not come with an arch and smaller amount but looked lovely **Q: Instructions how to put together** A: You tube videos! It’s actually not too bad….You need to blow all the balloons up, then you thread them on to the strip (supplied). Put one through from one side then reverse and put through next one from other side. Use the big balloons for this and then put where you want it.
