So we have been cooking with these for a couple months now and we really lime them. It says you dont have to use oil. We do use olive oil. But nothing seems to stick and the pans look great. The pot is nice with the strainer in the lid. Nothing bad to say about these. They are dishwasher safe too. Also they are of heavy materials.
