Combined these with intermittent fasting (10a-6p) and a gallon of water daily and these really help to curb my appetite (habitual night time snacker here, and I have a desk job until 9pm daily so it's hard to not much and graze into the evening or when I get home) and from doctors visits I'm down 4.6lbs in less than 2 weeks from being absolutely stuck with exercising and trying so hard. I know acv would help but I can't stomach the liquid straight, I vomit every time. So this tablet form, 3 in the morning, after lunch and dinner each day has made such a difference!
