Don't buy this unless you're hiking 10+ miles or taking it on long backpacking trips with a framed pack. This is a sweet bladder though. Easy to use/fill/clean, flows great, feels durable and sits well, at least in my pack. I would not take it on a short hike, at least not fully filled. Was perfect for my trip though, I actually ran out toward the end but I had grabbed some water from a pond to filter at one point so it was alright. Review: Perfect - Light weight, easy to clean and dry - Good quality 2L hydration bladder. It actually holds it's stated capacity of 2L. No strong plastic taste, light weight and easy to clean and dry. ## Features - UNIVERSAL FIT: Compatible with clips, hooks, and loops to fit a wide range of vests and packs including Salomon, Nathan, Osprey and CamelBak. - EASY FILL & LOADING: Slide-Seal top opens extra wide, making it easier to fill and soft-touch flexible tab allows for quick, easy loading in and out of packs or vests. - ULTRALIGHT: Lightweight TPU material and minimalist features make the Velocity our lightest weight reservoir. - HIGH FLOW: The water reservoir is equipped with our flexible, non-kinking drink tube and the high-flow, self sealing Comet valve - It’s leak proof and perfect for handsfree hydration. - EASY TO CLEAN: 100% BPA free, the water reservoir is fully reversible and top-rack dishwasher safe. ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B0FWTZYRCN | | Best Sellers Rank | #11,126 in Sports & Outdoors ( See Top 100 in Sports & Outdoors ) #17 in Outdoor Backpack Reservoirs | | Brand | HydraPak | | Brand Name | HydraPak | | Capacity | 1.5 liters | | Color | Clear | | Customer Reviews | 4.4 out of 5 stars 657 Reviews | | Included Components | Reservoir, Universal Hanger, Grab Tab, Comet Bite Valve, Drink Tube. | | Item Highlight | Universal Fit Water Bladder, Leakproof, Fully Reversible, Dishwasher Safe, for Hiking, Camping, Running, Biking | | Item Type Name | Hydration Reservoir | | Item Weight | 4.4 ounces | | Manufacturer | HydraPak | | Manufacturer Part Number | AS321 | | Material | TPU, ABS, POM, PP, EPDM, Silicone, 304SS, TPU Coated Nylon Fabric | | Material Type | TPU, ABS, POM, PP, EPDM, Silicone, 304SS, TPU Coated Nylon Fabric | | Model Number | AS321 | | Number of Items | 1 | | Number of Packs | 1 | | Sport | Hiking, Running | | Sport Type | Hiking, Running | | Strap Type | Adjustable | | Tank Volume | 1.5 liters | | UPC | 834456005919 | | Unit Count | 50.72 Fluid Ounces | | Warranty Description | Beyond Lifetime Warranty | ## Product Details - **Brand:** HydraPak - **Color:** Malibu Blue - **Item Weight:** 117 Grams - **Material:** Plastic - **Sport:** Cycling, Mountain Biking, Running, Snowshoeing, Trail Running ## Images ![HydraPak Velocity Hydration Reservoir (1.5L, 2L, 3L) - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/61pFUM5ipbL.jpg) ![HydraPak Velocity Hydration Reservoir (1.5L, 2L, 3L) - Image 2](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/71-3STbYqjL.jpg) ![HydraPak Velocity Hydration Reservoir (1.5L, 2L, 3L) - Image 3](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/81Zl27tWs4L.jpg) ![HydraPak Velocity Hydration Reservoir (1.5L, 2L, 3L) - Image 4](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/715SZQZdoEL.jpg) ![HydraPak Velocity Hydration Reservoir (1.5L, 2L, 3L) - Image 5](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/71JIS24gKQL.jpg) ## Available Options This product comes in different **Color, Size** options. ## Questions & Answers **Q: Love the size. why is mine leaking? i can not see any holes and i do not overfill, yet water seaps out and soaks my hydration vest. is th** A: I had the same problem. The seal at the hose location is very poor and leaks. Same with the seal at the top of the bladder. Very disappointing product. **Q: is there a cap for the drinking valve? thanks** A: Hi there! The Velocity does not come with a cover for the bite valve. However, it does have a twist on/off bar at the base of the valve to prevent leaks when not in use. **Q: what is the length of the 1.5L bladder?** A: Hello - it is 12.3 inches in length. **Q: The color says "Clear", but the Velocity model isn't listed on Hydrapak's website as being clear -- it only has a blue one. Is this the velocity?** A: Hello! This is the Velocity and the reservoir bag is indeed blue as you see in the photos. We are working to update our listing here! Please let us know if you have any other questions. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Product *by A***R on August 8, 2026* I need yall to realize how heavy 3L of water is.
