When mixed with water, it is very runny when mixing with the recommended amount of water (300ml I think of the top of my head) but it does mix incredible well after a few shakes and rarely do I get any lumps! The taste is unfortunately typical, I think, of strawberry protein shake flavour but its ok - unfortunately few have come close to the raspberry yoghurt taste of the oatgain shake I was taking previously but I do prefer this 100% Gold Standard especially for the cutting phase and it has become more important to me since starting my personal training qualifications. THe bag is huge (although I have found it doesn't seal great because of the square shape but it will last forever using only one scopp as per serving guidelines and its amazing how much protein one scoop can pack!
