Hot water cooking isn’t good. The upma, khichdi, daal, paneer etc all were half cooked in hot water, I had to recook on the stove. Hence I could use at places where kitchen was provided. Could not use with only hot water in the hotel. Gas cooking is ok.2. ⁠The quantity of paneer was very very less.
