Directions Dab 2-3 drops of oil to treatment area 2-4 times per day; apply daily until problem is gone. I tried this ointment 5 drops twice a day out side the rectum and with in 3 days the pain had gone I was totally amazed , I am still using the ointment there is enough for 90 applications, i have recently converted back to wearing close fitting mens briefs and this has not ruined my briefs.it has working for me and i am pain free.i hope this ointment works for you.

This is a fantastic product and if used as instructed, works brilliantly. Even if you don't use it as frequently as recommended, it is still effective. After a long time of living with fissures and discomfort, this stuff healed them quickly. My partner has used it too with equal success. I wish that I had found it sooner. I looked on Amazon at various products to treat the issue and this one stood out because of the reviews, an added bonus that it is all natural. It seemed pricey to me for such a small quantity, but it is well worth it if you are suffering, especially if other remedies have not worked. I only had to use it for a few days and never again since, so there is plenty left. It's not a subject that you would generally discuss but I would have no problem recommending this product.

Soothing, and not unpleasant to apply but it runs out very quick and sadly did not heal my fissure. I won't be buying this again but i'm glad I tried it.
