I immediately called Havells customer care, registered a complaint in afternoon.. demanded today’s visit of engineer.. service person came in evening, checked electrical connections, pump had internal wiring connections issue.. he resolved it & pump started running.. although pump is working fine but this is not expected from a brand new purchased pump from Havells.. company needs to pay attention to quality so that customer does not face this silly issues..
