My scale weighed it in at 9.8lbs total and the jar was filled to about 1" under the seal. The milk and honey aroma is pleasant and not overpowering. The salt particles are small enough that they easily dissolved in both the foot spa and the bath. After a long day, this fine salt in the foot bath provided a refreshing and relaxing experience and felt good on the skin of my tired feet. Both Cocos Nucifera and Argania Spinosa Kernel organic oil are listed on the jar's ingredient list.
