Review: Nice clock - Present for my mum it is a nice clock for the price, I had a problem setting up the cuckoo calls with the time and emailed the company for help. They replied quickly and it was soon sorted. My mum is very pleased with it and the cuckoo call is clear and pleasant. We switched the music off - it was a bit too much!
Review: Loud and Proud. - Nice looking clock with the wood colour to suit most decor. Mostly made of wood except the dummy weights.The major problem for me is the lack of a volume control, You have Loud or off on all sound including the music that is very loud. I have to turn mine off, even a low volume would have been nice is missing.it will however go off in the dark if it's not completely dark. But it looks good in the right place and it's not too small , about right I would say for average home, fast delivery from Germany and German made for that Black forest look.

**Q: Cuckoo and door work, clock is ticking and swinging pendulum, but the actual hands aren't moving :( ive tried repositioning them + fresh batteries.**
A: Hi there,
I have this clock ,I think it's faulty get it exchanged they are a very good company. Mine came with a weight missing ,and they sent me 2 weights in 3 days. If the hands are not moving its a fault my advice. 
Hope this helps it is a lovely clock and would cost you so much more in Germany.

A: Hi yes you can turn all sounds on or of

**Q: What batteries does it use ?**
A: It uses 3 baby c size batteries in total in the clock. You should change them every 6 months or so.

**Q: I changed the batteries and cannot get the cuckoo to work now**
A: Hi there, 
If your clock requires 3 baby c batteries then you are recommended to use the zinc carbon type. Apparently the alkaline batteries like Duracel have a high current and can damage the electronic movement. So my advice would be use high quality zinc carbon batteries like Varta and change them every 6 months to avoid leakage.

Present for my mum it is a nice clock for the price, I had a problem setting up the cuckoo calls with the time and emailed the company for help. They replied quickly and it was soon sorted. My mum is very pleased with it and the cuckoo call is clear and pleasant. We switched the music off - it was a bit too much!

Nicely made looks really good. Easy to set up. Choice of cuckoo, music or silent although we only have cuckoo on which gives out a loud cuckoo with echo when it pops out. Grandchildren love watching it. Very pleased.
