I was tired of using nasal sprays that feel damaging to my sinuses and I wanted a less invasive method, and I believe I have now found it! I have used this for over a year now before travelling via air and trains and in public places where I know it will be crowded and so far, it hasn't failed me yet! (touch wood) It is expensive but worth it in my opinion, you will get more value for money from the 10gram version.
