**Q: Does this version support Zoom?**
A: Yes it does. I ended up returning it though and using a Mac mini, iPad mini, and a microphone to set up a zoom room. Configuration of this with Zoom proved to be too time consuming and buggy.

**Q: Is this device unlocked, will this work with AT&T's office@hand?**
A: It is unlocked but I am unfamiliar with ATT office@hand.

A: No, this is not a normal phone

**Q: Hello, does this support poe and is it compatable with toshiba ipedge?**
A: Yes, it uses PoE.  I only use them with Skype for Business.  I would assume it can't use the IPEdge.

I am very unhappy with this product. It won't pull IP address over Ethernet only over wifi. It won't connect to Zoom room unless i use bluetooth which then has terrible audio. I bought the product new but there is no support options for it despite it being a few weeks old and poly com is zero help. Do not recommend this product at all!
