It functions as it should it cleaned my boots up quickly & easily & my boots were very dusty before I used this brush it's a good price & a matching what the description states it is. I would definitely buy & recommend to others to buy it they're looking for a leather brush this isn't a painting brush although I suppose you might be able to to paint with it that's not its intened purpose as far as I'm aware but for cleaning boots which is the reason I purchased it, this item works very well & it seems to be made well & should last for a good amount of time if used properly & stored nicely.
