Than a friend suggested heating the pan with vinegar and baking soda (you have to be careful how much backing soda because it does foam up. And after doing this a couple of times everything came out and the pan looks brand new and shiny. It is a very nice pan after all. Just one point you do have to cook and medium, never on high. Cooking on high will burn the pan. So for me this product goes from a one star to a 5 star. December 24, 2025: I’ve deleted my first review from 12/20/25, because I’ve found that the more I use this pan the more disappointed I am with it. My first review was 4 stars, but now it’s only 2 stars. This frying pan does NOT live up to what they promise, even when you follow ALL THE DIRECTIONS. I’ve followed all the directions from the first time I used it. Even using vinegar to clean the pan. The directions say to not cook on a high heat, but it doesn’t matter, it burns and sticks even on low heat, it’s really not worth the money. I’m really disappointed with this pan now that I’ve used it a couple of times. I would not buy this pan again. Update: while I am not pleased with this pan, I am with the company. They reached out to me and offered me a full-refund. This company stands behind the products. But I still stand behind my first comment. They need to improve this pan. It’s not the quality of the pricier pans, but it’s a decent pan. When used properly and with at least using a non stick spray, I haven’t had any problems with food sticking. The finish is starting to show a little wear even though I’ve only used nylon utensils. The heat distribution is even and the pan shows no signs of warping like some pans do.
