Have used it almost daily since to help with a shoulder issue. Have used the same sticky things too. Those are easy enough to apply but make sure you attach the leads first like the instructions say. Otherwise you may need some help attaching those.. I'm amazed at how powerful it is for such a small and inexpensive device. And considering the price, it's pretty good quality. Also impressed with the variety of settings. I ran through them all for fun and found something I like about each. Have to take an 8 hour flight over seas so decided to attach the leads so I can use it on the plane. Enjoying a shoulder "massage" now as I wait to board. Sounds pervy but it is on my shoulder. I know the instructions say don't place the stickies closer than an inch a part. I think that is because one is positive and one is negative. The closer they are the more intense the puls e as you increase levels. The further a part the less intense. I say this because the intensity can cause a bit of pain if you're not careful definitely increase through the levels slowly. Anyway, I'm babbling so I'll close with.... I am extremely happy with this so far.
