However, I am having some issues with the accompanying iOS App in that the data does not seem to be stored correctly neither does it sync to Apple Health App as stated. For example, you can take your measurements on the device, at which time it will tell you your peak flow rate etc, but then if you go into the Activ8rlives App to find historical data, it fails to show on the graphs. Then when you try to change the day/week/year graph, the app crashes! Also, data does not seem to be uploaded to the cloud very often if at all and it also doesn't sync across to Apple Health. Maybe it's just me being impatient as I'm use to instant results within Apps these days, I don't know. Perhaps it only uploads at the end of the day. Overall the product seems well made and it seems to take accurate results, just a shame about the accompanying software/app. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ SmartOne Bluetooth Peak Flow *by K***G on 27 December 2016* A compact and convenient device for monitoring lung health which works well with the Actriv8rlives4 app. Easy to clean and sterilise. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good device and very helpful customer service - couple of suggestions for an even better app *by H***E on 12 August 2018* I ordered this a couple of months ago and liked it, but had problems with the app as it was recording values that were higher than any of my three blows and couldn't be deleted. I contacted customer service who were extremely helpful and appear to have taken this feedback on board and fixed the bug in the update, after asking for details of what was wrong. They also refunded me (I didn't even ask for this!) and gave me details on how to get the updated app and how to use it - the latest version also has the ability to delete readings.The update seems to have solved this issue and I've had no problems since then. Overall the app is pretty good and better than anything I've found for Android - asthma apps are mostly fairly useless on Android and the good ones don't work, or recommended ones don't do what I need. A definite plus for this one, which I had to check as it's a dealbreaker, is the ability to set my own personal best values which are way off the predicted ones. It's also pretty easy to use the gadget and mine runs on 2 AAA batteries so easy to replace. I will say it doesn't seem to work with older Android phones though, even if they are running the required Android and Bluetooth versions - my Note 3 was and it would not sync but S7 Edge was fine.Since customer service have been so helpful and listened to my feedback, I do have some suggestions for future improvements if possible:a) Would be nice to have easier toggle between peak flow and FEV1. It's a bit fiddly at the moment if you want to measure both. If there were any way of graphing both together, even better (bit geeky but I'd like to be able to show the relationship between my readings as they are often very different and the medics are way too obsessed with peak flow I find).b) Please add 'chest tightness' to the list of symptoms - only chest pain atm.
