When we returned it, we had to fill out several papers for international delivery. **Q: Are the hands luminous?** A: Yes, there is loom, but not a lot to speak of. Chronographs, lume fades pretty quickly. Beautiful face. The dial is gorgeous and the size works real well for me with six and a half inch wrists. But again it's not something you're going to wake up at 3:00 in the morning and be able to read the time.
