I bought this item and used it to build a computer. The first time I turned it on there was as a loud noise coming from the power supply that sounded like the fan had a faulty bearing. Although it was a brand new power supply, I could not return it to Amazon because too much time had expired since I bought it. It was as still under warranty so I contacted be quiet! And they informed me exactly how to rma the item under their policy. I followed the instructions and sent the unit back to their office in Walnut, CA exactly as they required. After many months later, I still have not received the replacement or repaired power supply. They simply forgot about it or refused to honor their warranty. Shameful.
