It’s easy to set up and there’s no play in the stops. Don’t do what I did and cut your fence without reading the instructions! It must be 2.25 inches, not a penny more or less and 3/4” wide. With my Freud blade, the clearance with my motor housing is the thickness of a steel rule, probably about a 1/16th of an inch. Any less and I would have needed to buy a bigger blade to raise my cut. Postscript: I’ve said there’s no play in the stops. The stop on the right of the photo is rock solid - zero give. The stop that lifts on the left flexes a 1/16”. I’ve marked it with the pencil. That may not bother you especially if you have a light touch. I don’t. It just means that I’ve bought an extra one of the stops on the right as I use the radial arm saw to cut tenons. I’m happy with that 😊. I used the Trak to create a miter saw extension wing, not a box. Of course you could consider the extension wing a 2-sided box, with one side down and the other as the fence. Each piece of aluminum rail is 24 inches long by an inch and something high. The instructions in the kit said to cut the "fence" exactly 2-1/4 inches high. That way the stops would rest at the right height on the wing and againzt the fence.Did this answer your question? **Q: Will this work with DEWALT DWX726 Rolling Miter Saw Stand?** A: I have mine set up on permanent saw wings and I still notice a slight difference between the two 8' wings and the Delta 10" Slider Fence and the wing backstops 1/32" depending on moisture conditions. I think fold able would be worse than that because of the additional flexing. And they are. I have my bench set up to where it has six feet of track on each side of the saw - so about 82" each way after accounting for the saw base. I didn't really have a choice given some other things I wanted the saw to stay clear of but if you are able I'd have one side with at least 8' of track even if you have to offset the saw with less track on the other side. I bet we all tend to use a dominant side anyway (left side if you are right handed, etc). But back to the product itself. Very easy to install if you build the fence according to their recommendations. Mine is made of MDF and works great. Track mounts easily, tape goes on easily, and the stop measuring indicator is generously adjustable to easily dial in the exact measurement. I used swing stops on both sides of my saw and I like them. I don't see a use for the production stop yet that came with the kit. I figured I'd appreciate the convenience of moving the swing stops out of the way which I do a lot. My only slight disappointment is where the tracks butt up to each other. The stops don't glide over the joints very smoothly despite my best efforts to mount them aligned and snug to each other. But that's a small complaint.
