Whilst I have been able to do them for some time using other ropes, I have found adapting to this one the easiest. It has a good weight (neither too heavy or light) for my liking and the wider non slip grip handles make it easier to grip mid wod and I don't feel like I need to grip it too tightly to avoid it slipping out of my hands when sweaty, which saves my shoulders lots on higher rep sets. Not yet used the rope protector for rough surfaces but like the concept. Overall, really pleased with the purchase.
