I've tried many supplements and nothing ever worked or even relieved them in the slightest. I wish I had found these sooner!! It did take about a week or so to start working, but absolutely took them away completely. So, give them time to work. I took 1 pill daily every morning. I ran out once and they came right back. Review: This Mama Loves It! Feeling Less Bloated and More Energy - Taking them in the morning first thing with a small bowl of plain oatmeal with a tiny bit of maple syrup and I feel great! After having 2 wonderful kiddos, I didn't realize I was eating emotionally during these little years to give myself a break in the evenings with a dessert or a glass of wine etc and I was gaining weight and feeling bloated. Long story short, I wanted to try these to help me feel better after reading that gut health affects energy levels and overall feeling healthier. After only 1 week I'm feeling way less bloated and more comfortable. Hot flashes gone!! Finally found something that worked for the awful hot flashes. I've tried many supplements and nothing ever worked or even relieved them in the slightest. I wish I had found these sooner!! It did take about a week or so to start working, but absolutely took them away completely. So, give them time to work. I took 1 pill daily every morning. I ran out once and they came right back. Never again! Relief, I tell you.

Taking them in the morning first thing with a small bowl of plain oatmeal with a tiny bit of maple syrup and I feel great! After having 2 wonderful kiddos, I didn't realize I was eating emotionally during these little years to give myself a break in the evenings with a dessert or a glass of wine etc and I was gaining weight and feeling bloated. Long story short, I wanted to try these to help me feel better after reading that gut health affects energy levels and overall feeling healthier. After only 1 week I'm feeling way less bloated and more comfortable. Got these for my mother, and she said these probiotics have been helpful, given her energy as well and helped so much with mood swings and so much in general, glad I was able to purchase these probiotics for her! I also felt a difference in her energy level. I found it minimizing her mood swings and hot flashes as well! Finally she are getting some sleep and no longer experiencing night sweats!
