**Q: Are these good for workouts?**
A: I really like them for workouts. They are thin but the crotch area is cotton and the panels are really breathable so they're comfortable and cool.

**Q: Is large no.7?**
A: I’m not sure how to answer. I’m 38 in hips one pack I would probably say medium/large. But it depends on how tight you like your underwear. I can’t stand feeling restricted. I think the 6 fit me fine but I prefer sleeping in the size 7’s......I know I’m weird! But I sleep in a t-shirt & panties, I like everything to breathe without me freezing, lol

A: Not on my belly. They seemed a little short in the front actually.

These are very comfortable and the lightweight mesh fabric is extra nice especially during the summer months. The fit is just right. Not too tight and not too loose. Nice mix of colors. I do wish there was an all black but it’s not that big of a deal. Good price and super fast delivery. Definitely recommend. They wash well also in cold or warm washes. Color doesn’t fade. So nice to have extra for the week.
