I e-mailed the company who were very apologetic.not only did the send me a replacement product (which arrived the next day), they also refunded me my money in full.The item itself was of really high quality, definitely worth the money. The burp cloths are ultra soft and absorbent. They are 75% bamboo and 25% polyester (honestly they feel more polyester than bamboo). They are not even soft like cotton burp clothes we have at home so they were a disappointment.
