**Q: Is the laptop screen extender support Mac?**
A: For Apple's laptops, the FOPO S17 laptop monitor extender is only incompatible with Apple's M1. It supports M1 pro and M1 max. And you can use it with MacBook Pro 15-inch 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019 & MacBook pro 16 2019, 2021.

**Q: The laptop monitor extender screen shows "No signal". How to solve the problem?**
A: Dear customer, 
If you use HDMI to support video transmission, please make sure that the power supply is connected; if your laptop's USB-C port is like type "USB SS", this means that only the power supply, then you must use a docking station or HDMI adapter cable to extend the extra DisplayPort, and then restart S17; if you use 2 USB-C cables to connect the screen with the monitor, make sure that your USB-C cables support the video signal transmission (USB-C full-functioned port).

**Q: Is it necessary to use a laptop docking station?**
A: It will depend on what types of ports and how many ports your laptop has. If you lack enough HDMI ports for connection, a docking station or a HUB might be necessary for data transmission.
