Made in the USA! *by C***R on March 17, 2023* "Liposomes are delivery vehicles for transporting substances into the body effectively via facilitating absorption directly in the mouth or by preventing breakdown by stomach acid." ~NIH Ok, cool, so I guess this means I might be potentially getting more glutamine into my system lb for lb versus non-liposomal glutamine since it doesn't get broken down by my own stomach acids. It has a lot of nice features some might find important like being vegan, gluten free, diary free, soy free, and keto. Here's my anecdotal experience with glutamine in the past. I used to do a lot of weight training and powerlifting in my younger years and found that supplementing with glutamine helped me avoid the DOMS (delayed onset muscle soreness) and recover from arduous workouts a bit quicker. I'm just giving an estimation of my own experience, I'd say that if I would normally recover in 3 days from a trying leg day then this would cut that down to about 2 days. Might not seem like much, but it makes a significant difference in being able to get in more workouts and feel less soreness. 8/10 Would recommend it.
