Review: Very long lasting color - This is a review of the China Glaze color "Dress Me Up". This is a great color: kind of brown, kind of mauve, very neutral with a medium tone, not too light, not too dark. I was expecting it to be lighter but it is definitely more of a medium range color. This stuff goes on easy and has some serious staying power. I have found that even within a brand, some colors last way longer than others. So, some formulas are just better than others. This is a good one. I actually prefer China Glaze polishes to other brands. Essie chips super fast on me. Opi is hit or miss. China Glaze polishes usually have good staying power and they do actually make my brittle nails feel harder. I just wish the colors were a little more subtle. A lot of them are kind of garish. Essie, by comparison, has a great range of colors with a lot of nuance. Dress me up is a nice nuanced color unlike some other China Glaze colors.
