**Q: Do you sell replacement pumps for the vacocast?**
A: I used this boot /Terry cloth insert for 5 months…you must contact the Company in Germany for replacement parts…the pump is actually used to vacuum the air completely after you have latched it all up on your leg. I thought it was supposed to pump air - not remove it at first.

**Q: Does it come with the air bag inside?**
A: No. It comes just with the cloth liner. However, the air bag was available for purchase separately at the time when I bought mine. I'm not sure if it's still available on Amazon now. You could, though, go straight to the manufacturer's website and get it there.
