But wish they had flavour or instructions on how to prepare ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Delicious roasted *by C***O on 5 October 2023* These are puffed lotus seeds, I've never tried them before and didn't even know you could eat lotus seeds but I love trying new things. Raw, they are a little bit spongy and chewy, with no flavour as such. After some googling, I found a good way to prepare them is to roast them in a pan with some oil, salt and spices. I used a generic curry powder blend and it came out delicious - very much like a savory popcorn.
