It was delivered on time and I was very pleased with it and my green wing macaw loves it she is getting used to it now so will not be long before she is out flying with it. However with my goffin the head area is very tight to get on. I was able to get this on my bird but it was hard and getting it off was a fight. I am unable to see if the body of the harness fits at this time since the little dear will not work with me. It will take time and patience but I can see this working out wonderful for us both. I feel this is a wonderful product which will get my bird back outside where she loves to be. She enjoys the outside and long walks which she has not had since she flew away a few weeks ago. I am new to the bird world and will have to work on some major training since I have taken her in from an owner that didn’t have time and she spent most of her time in a cage. Update: The size I bought which was small will not work with my Goffin. Over the head is just way to tight. It might work if I went up a size which I may contact the seller for a change out. The major issue I have is with how tight the head area is. It is too soon to know if I need to go up a size since I am unable to get this harness on her all the way. I will have to do an update at that time. I am going to give this a 5 star for the CD which was wonderful and I feel this is a great product which will work great, along with the exchange policy if it does not fit. With the CD and the return policy if you have time and patience to work with your bird I feel this is well worth the money. I feel the seller is very helpful and really wants what is best for the bird. That they are more interested in keeping your bird safe along with enjoying the time outside than selling their product. Do not get me wrong I am sure they want to sell and make lots of money I just feel they are more for what is best for your bird and getting the correct fit which makes them a top seller in my book.
