Problem resolution In case of sudden loss of sound it may be because of that water has entered the earbud, to remove this water then gently knock the earphone against your hand to get the water out. The buds that came with these headphones were not ideal, however using other buds from poorer headphones (exeze’s own ear loop headphones which come with their basic underwater MP3 player) make these sound very good and work well in the water. It’s difficult to know what’s best for you in terms of getting a seal but with a little experimentation in the pool you can work it out. THEY DO NOT FIT ANY EARS.Earbud connector is very small so unable to replace with alternate Earbud that will fit.Sound has no Base or highs, only load mids. Very unbalanced.I have had better Β£2 waterproof headphones, but did not last in salt water. IF you have small ears (ie use the small size bud on headphones) and if you wear you MP3 player on your goggles, these offer a great fit, no long wire to get trapped and pull out of your ears or out of the player, and good sound. Oddly the comments on the poor review was what made me ask my partner to buy them for me as an early birthday present I'm so glad I did.
