You can use it as you wish. I used it to sign letters out secretary types. But now we digitally sign documents no longer needed. Good quality for price. **Q: Are there holes on the cardboard pages inside?** A: Yes there are. Only 3 at the upper end but certainly enough to see that there is something inside or in between.
