Review: Icelandic Cuisine - I loved the photos of Iceland in the book. The recipes are interesting although there could be a problem getting some the ingredients. However some of them you could order from Iceland. My daughter's comment makes a lovely coffee table book. I am please with it and I will try out some of the recipes and adapt them when you can't get the right ingredients.

I loved the photos of Iceland in the book. The recipes are interesting although there could be a problem getting some the ingredients. However some of them you could order from Iceland. My daughter's comment makes a lovely coffee table book. I am please with it and I will try out some of the recipes and adapt them when you can't get the right ingredients.

I've eaten at Dill with my eight year old daughter, the meal was an Odin's hunt through the strange and beautiful landscape of Iceland.It was delicious. My daughter and I disagreed. The book reflects the restaurant, the scenery, the topography and people of Iceland. Enchanting and interesting but equally unexpected and unearthly.
