The CU8000 can connect to your wireless internet, allowing you to utilize Samsung TV Plus, which offers hundreds of channels; you can also log in to the many streaming apps available. 

To connect to wireless internet,  go to Home> Settings> General> Network> Open Network Settings. Then you will select the name of your home network and enter the password.

I like Samsung, and it pairs well with my Note 10+ . Since I'm a Max and Amazon Prime user, so I can watch those via internet without having a cable or satellite hookup. Plus, the TV comes with Samsung plus channels at no additional charge. We have more than enough programming through this TV. I also bought a Samsung Soundbar and Woofer to pair with the TV, but I haven't connected or set it up as yet since we will have some new flooring going down soon. So far, I really like this TV and haven't had any issues other than the learning curve for the remote.
