A: Get on to either the supplier or the Amazon resolutions team as you should be able to get refund or replacement Do not take the other responders advice & try to fiddle with it as that will invalidate the terms and conditions. The listing for this is a bit deceptive as the photos show two different products, so we didn't actually get the one we were expecting. We couldn't be bothered to return it though so installed it anyway as the old one we were replacing had a major leak. It was extremely quick and easy to install, even for complete novices like us. It works perfectly so far, hopefully it will last a while.
