After seeing the horrendous reports of what happens to our waste and the fact that most of these disposable cups are not recycled I decided to get a reusable one. This is perfect for my needs as it collapses to fit easily inside my bag or coat pocket and has 3 different sizes when expanded although I will probably only use the largest size in fact. It is very sturdy and I hope will give many years of service.I am adding to my review after a year of use. I have dropped a star as the inside of the cup had now become stained with coffee stains which cannot be removed. I have tried all the recommended treatments including bicarbonate and even bleach with no success. The cup is still usable so the first part of my review is still true. If it stays 'upright' then it doesn't leak but if it ends up on its side then there's a slow leak. I've had to put 2 reusable carrier bags in the wash because of this.
