However, someone else used it and it worked great for them. I can't recall if he said the buckle was a PITA or not, but i seem to recall him possibly saying that, so I gave 4 stars. Next time I talk to him, I'll find out and edit review accordingly.Now, I bought just this belt, and no weights, because I came to find the cost of dive weights and lead weights in general is ridiculous. What ended up happening was I found two women's dumbbells in a pawn shop. The dumbbells each had 6 small one pound weights on them (3 on each side). I bought the dumbbells set for $18 total. They worked out perfectly and provided 12lbs of total weight (in one lb increments) for $18, and the weights fit in the pouches just fine. Very satisfied with the dumbbells purchase and the decision yo use them as weights.
