Do The Maths To determine how many LED bulbs your dimmer can handle, divide its minimum and maximum load by 10. For example, if the dimmer is rated for 100W-300W Min Load: 100W ÷ 10 = 10W Max Load: 300W ÷ 10 = 30W So, the total LED load should be between 10W and 30W. Add up the wattages of the LED bulbs to check how many can be used. Note: The total LED load must exceed the dimmer’s minimum. Using an incorrect load can cause flickering or damage to the bulbs. Review: Dont last long - I purchased these bulbs as i wanted to add energy saving bulbs with a new dimmer switch which i also purchased at the same time. Purchased on the fact that the description was that they dont flicker or buzz when switched on. After purchasing straight away after fitting they buzzed and flickered. Also came in a different box as to the picture advertised. Today is the 21st December and as you can see by my picture that one bulb has blown already. That means it has lasted one month. Dont buy, they wont last.

I purchased these bulbs as i wanted to add energy saving bulbs with a new dimmer switch which i also purchased at the same time. Purchased on the fact that the description was that they dont flicker or buzz when switched on. After purchasing straight away after fitting they buzzed and flickered. Also came in a different box as to the picture advertised. Today is the 21st December and as you can see by my picture that one bulb has blown already. That means it has lasted one month. Dont buy, they wont last.
