My son has been wearing them for 18 months, since he was 10 years old but he was then a size 5. He is now a size 7 and they still fit. He plays football, rugby and sometimes hockey and whilst they do not eliminate heal pain they help enormously. He uses Nike sock boots which keep the heel cups in place more securely. Walking in town on the pavements is now much easier. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A good find *by C***N on 18 July 2019* I have recently become affected with Plantar Faciitis and my right heel has been particularly painful. With so many heel supports available it was difficult to make an informed choice. I sort advice from a former work colleague who is a chiropodist/podiatrist. He recommended the Tulis brand and specifically the heavy duty ones for my weight category (80kg+). They are somewhat more expensive than the type I initially purchased but I feel in the relatively short time I have used them they seem better than my previous type.
