**Q: Does the cap have an o ring in the cap ?**
A: Yes.  We own at least four of these cans for use around our farm.
I had my husband check and there is an o-ring in the cap.

**Q: Cannot use a vp can for fuel or gasoline? am i really reading this correctly? or is this just an epa thing?**
A: There may be an EPA issue I am unaware of, but we have been using it successfully with unleaded and ethanol free gasoline for a few weeks.

**Q: How tall is the 3 gallon tank?**
A: 16 inches with cap

**Q: What are the dimensions, especially height please?**
A: 9 1/2 by 10 inches. 16 inches in height including cap.
